Navigating the volume of potential services available through various local and national organizations to caregivers/care receivers can be overwhelming, especially in the beginning, when you are coming to grips with the diagnosis of your loved-one. Restcu Care Package will offer a guidance service to help you locate programs available to you and can assist you in the evaluation and enrollment process.

2) financial assistance

Restcu will provide Social Assistance and Financial Assistance Program criteria updates as availability can change; Restcu Care Package will keep our members abreast of changes affecting their eligibility and program availability.

Restcu will offer the Guidance Service Option from our other member services for an additional cost. The Guidance Service will assist the member to organize their daily activities and create daily routines which will be helpful to both caregiver and care receiver.  We will also, assist in evaluation of assistance programs, help evaluate eligibility and review application requirement compliance. If the member is qualified, we will assist in the enrollment process for the applicable programs. 

3) technology

Restcu can help you evaluate the technology available to make your life easier and your care receiver safer. Your care package could include such items as touchless communications between care receivers and caregivers, relatives and friends. Video monitoring and other state-of-the-art technology options to enable you to stay in-touch whether you are on or off site. We can also assist with Medication Management systems and Personal Response Systems where the caregiver can call for help or communicate with loved-ones through voice activation. Restcu will help relieve the barriers to technology use: lack of awareness, cost and time to learn how to use devices.
